İşgücü Piyasası Araştırması kapsamında, İş ve Meslek Danışmanları tarafından Bingöl’de 183 işletmeyle yüz yüze görüşmeler gerçekleştirilerek araştırma raporunun temel verilerinin toplandığını belirten Baycuman, kentin işgücü piyasasını izleme ve değerlendirme sistemini oluşturmak amacıyla bu çalışmaları yaptıklarını ifade etti.
Baycuman, “Araştırma istatistiki amaçlarla yapılıyor ve derlenen bilgiler kurumumuz tarafından işgücü piyasası taleplerinin belirlenmesinde kullanılacak. Bu şekilde, işverenlere ve iş arayanlara daha iyi hizmet sunmak için araştırma sonuçları bize yol gösterecek.” dedi.
